Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Inc. is hiring for a 2nd shift mechanical assembler in Ladysmith, WI. You will perform assembly using documented work instructions, operate basic tools, and support molding operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role includes overtime responsibilities and the opportunity to work across departments within a manufacturing environment. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and U.S. work authorization is mandatory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow documented work instructions and safety procedures.
• Mechanical assembly or general manufacturing tasks.
• Operate basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, and lifting equipment.
• Basic computer skills for completing production or documentation tasks.
• Willingness to work in any assigned department.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting, cleaning, and equipment operation.
• Willingness to work required overtime (typically 10-20 hours per week).
