Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution tasks on-site in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. You will operate forklifts, use SAP systems, and ensure accurate records for materials and shipments.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED, legal work authorization in the U.S., and typically 2+ years of related experience. This is a first-shift, Monday–Friday position with a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Review documentation and uses SAP/external systems to assess materials and finished goods to support production and shipping processes.

Job Description

You will perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examine, stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work onsite in Ladysmith, WI. This is a 1st shift position, M-F working hours 6:00am-2:30pm.
