Rockwell Automation in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Prototype Assembler 1 for a 3rd shift (Sun night–Thu night, 11pm–7am) with a starting rate of $15.31 per hour plus a 10% shift premium. You will perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly and set up equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, legal work authorization in the US, and the ability to lift 30-40 lbs.

Formación

• A minimum of High School Diploma/GED.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• Typically requires no previous related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Complete mechanical assembly based on provided work instructions.
• Responsible for using proper safety equipment and following all safety procedures.
