Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in San Diego is seeking a Summer Graduate Intern for Translational Systems Toxicology to support proteomics-based translational research. Qualifications

Enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Proteomics, or related field.
Completed at least one year of graduate study by Summer 2027.
Hands-on laboratory experience with biological samples and standard techniques.

Responsibilities

Support development and optimization of proteomics sample prep workflows for biological samples.
Assess and compare sample prep methods to improve performance and throughput.
Develop workflows for automation platforms like Agilent AssayMAP Bravo.
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to design experiments and analyze results.
Maintain clear experimental records and summarize findings for colleagues.
Prepare a final presentation/poster outlining workflows and recommendations.
