Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a Mass Spectrometry & Proteomics Scientist to support discovery, LNP formulation, pharmacology, bioanalytical, analytical, and CMC activities. You will work across disciplines leveraging MS technologies and automated platforms to drive programs.

The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, rigorous data analysis, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced research environment. Full-time, Boston area.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in biology/chemistry/biochemistry or related field with industry experience.
• Experience with HPLC, LC-MS/MS, proteomics workflows and automated liquid handling.
• Hands-on lab experience including pipetting, sample prep and safe handling.

Responsibilities

• Quantify proteins and analytes in cells, tissues, and plasma using LC-MS/MS.
• Automate high-throughput sample processing with liquid-handling systems.
• Support discovery, LNP formulation, analytical development, CMC, and pharmacology.
• Troubleshoot and optimize analytical assays with minimal supervision.
• Document data and present findings via ELNs and technical reports.
• Ensure SOP, safety, and documentation standards compliance.
• Stay current with proteomics and mass spectrometry literature.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
