Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Production Supervisor in Morristown, IN to oversee day-to-day Protein Production operations on a shift and assist the Production Manager in monitoring and improving plant productivity.

You will champion safety and food safety, ensure sanitation standards, monitor KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet safety, quality and cost objectives for the shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, manufacturing or chemical engineering (or related) or equivalent progressive experience (5+ years).
• Proficient with basic computer software including Lotus Notes and MS Word as needed.
• Ability to work odd hours, weekends and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Foster a strong safety culture across the shift.
• Champion food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor productivity metrics and KPIs; report findings.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Support annual plant shutdowns and maintenance activities.
