Bunge is seeking a Production Operator for a 12-hour rotating shift in Remington, Indiana, starting at $22.50 per hour. The role involves operating production machinery, inspecting products for quality, and adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Basic written and verbal communication skills.

• Skilled equipment operations, safety programs and grain operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to work with computerized control systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery used in the production process.
• Examine products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Observe equipment operations and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Make adjustments to operating equipment.
• Clean and lubricate equipment.
• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items manually or using forklifts.
• Know and understand all facets of Bunge's safety programs and culture, have a strong working knowledge of safety procedures and environmental regulations, demonstrate safe working practices and have the ability to notify operations of safety alarms.
• Recording all applicable documentation.
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
