Soufflé Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Scientist to join the Protein Production team within Protein Science. You will produce antibodies and antibody-like proteins from mammalian cells to support in vitro and in vivo studies, directly impacting program timelines.

This hands-on role involves maintaining AKTA systems, cell culture, protein purification, data analysis, and presenting results at group meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience with aseptic mammalian cell culture and transfection.
• Proficient in protein purification and chromatography.
• Strong data analysis and meticulous documentation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Produce antibodies and antibody-like proteins from mammalian cells.
• Maintain AKTA and other protein production instrumentation.
