Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver strategic, operational and capital projects across the organization in a fast-paced meat/protein manufacturing environment.

The role covers CAPEX planning, equipment procurement, contractor coordination and ROI assessments, with responsibility for budget, schedules and delivery to quality standards. Travel within the United States is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in food manufacturing or related industry.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects and capital budgets.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, timelines, budgets and resources for projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage milestones and critical paths.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor costs, risks and performance; report to senior management.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance in all projects.
