Job summary
Combined Selection Group Ltd. seeks an experienced Director of Engineering to lead the engineering and technical strategy across its manufacturing operations in the food/protein sector.
This senior role drives capital investment, automation and process improvements, translating business goals into actionable engineering programs. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
- Progressive leadership in manufacturing engineering at senior levels.
- Extensive CAPEX program experience with ROI focus.
- Strong knowledge of food/protein processing and packaging.
- Background in Lean Six Sigma and TPM methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the engineering function across the manufacturing operation.
- Develop and execute a long-term engineering, capital and automation strategy.
- Lead planning, budgeting and execution of major CAPEX projects.
- Identify opportunities to increase capacity, throughput and efficiency.
- Oversee design, installation, commissioning and start-up of equipment.
- Drive automation, controls and advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across operations.
- Coach and mentor engineering teams and manage external partners.
