Job summary

Puratos is seeking a Project & CAPEX leader to manage capital planning across multiple sites in the Rochester area. You will drive capacity expansion, improve productivity and control costs while ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will develop schedules, lead PM activities, apply Lean, Six Sigma and TPM methods, and coach operations teams. English is required; travel up to 30%. A 4-year engineering or technical degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field.
• 5 years of project management experience in a plant environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the three year capital plan and provide monthly spending forecasts.
• Lead Capital Expenditure projects using standard PM methodology.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and manage milestones and risks.
• Ensure communication within the matrix organization and with external partners.
