Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent with relevant hands-on experience in molecular biology and protein engineering.
• Experience with high-throughput screening and analytical assay development.
• Ability to translate bench-level discoveries into scalable biomanufacturing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead protein/enzyme engineering projects across design, expression, and characterization.
• Develop and optimize genetic tools and host strains for production.
• Design HTS workflows and employ computational tools to guide engineering efforts.
