Qualifications

• Background check is required.
• Property and Casualty licenses are required prior to appointment as a Protégé Agency Producer.
• Life and Health licenses are required to meet production milestones and for Full-time appointment as a Farmers agency owner.

Responsibilities

• The agency owner must also meet program eligibility criteria and request the candidate’s appointment to the Protégé Agency Producer program.
• Protégés progress through the program by achieving production milestones designed to prepare them for agency ownership.
• Learn from an industry professional and enhance skills and business knowledge.
• Participate in the University of Farmers training program.
