Job summary

Golden SVCS, LLC is seeking a Protective Security Officer to safeguard federal property and personnel. You will conduct periodic site tours, inspect protection devices and fire control systems, and enforce regulations relating to entry, visitors, and premises. Qualifications

• Must meet FPS Protective Security Officer licensing requirements.
• Must be U.S. Citizen, 21+, able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• FPS Certifications required: Initial Weapons Exhibit, Basic Training Exhibit, Refresher Training Exhibit, FPS Orientation Exhibit

Responsibilities

• Control access to client facility and admit visitors according to procedure.
• Monitor entrances and exits, control vehicle and pedestrian movement, and direct disturbances.
• Patrol the site on foot to ensure security.
• Protect evidence and secure the scene in case of incidents and emergencies.
• Prepare logs and reports as required for post.
• Respond to fire, medical, bomb threats, and other emergencies following procedures.
• Carry out similar tasks as required for the post.
