The Protection Plan Consultant role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, managing a territory, recruiting new producers, and driving revenue growth. Overnight travel is required up to 75% to meet with advisors and bank partners across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, sales, or related field with 4+ years experience.
• FINRA Series 6 and resident life insurance license required.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and applications.
• CLU, CFP, and/or RICP designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through territory management, recruiting, and relationship growth with advisors.
• Cover the territory, recruit new producers, and build revenue above baseline levels.
• Educate advisors on Ash's solutions and ensure Ash-approved materials are used.
• Log activities in the CRM system and maintain professional etiquette across teams.
• Continuously prospect and develop the sales pipeline within the territory.
