Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Protection Plan Consultant to lead territory development, recruit new producers, and educate advisors on Ash’s life, health and wealth solutions. You will manage relationships with financial institutions and ensure adherence to carrier-approved materials while driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.

The role requires a CEO mindset, extensive travel (up to 75%), and collaboration with internal teams to protect the Integrity brand and service standards nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, sales or related field.
• FINRA Series 6 license required; life insurance license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Financial Institutions and advisors.
• Drive revenue through territory management, recruiting and relationship development.
• Travel up to 75% of the time to cover the territory and meet top producers.
