Ash Brokerage, LLC, part of the Integrity family, is seeking a Protection Plan Consultant to drive revenue and build advisor relationships across financial institutions. You will manage territory development, recruit producers, educate staff, and ensure Ash-brand consistency while navigating carrier choices.

This role requires travel up to 75% and a strong sales and relationship mindset to protect clients’ health and wealth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, sales, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience and/or training.
• FINRA Series 6 and resident life insurance license required.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and applications.
• CLU, CFP, and/or RICP designations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue through territory management, recruiting, and relationship building.
• Cover the territory, recruit new producers, and build revenue beyond baseline.
• Develop relationships with financial institutions to generate opportunities.
• Join training and team meetings; integrate into local bank culture as a trusted resource.
• Log activities in CRM; follow a solutions-based model.
• Continuously prospect and engage advisors in the sales process.
• Ensure advisors use Ash-approved materials and maintain Ash reputation.
• Travel up to 75% to meet with partners and advisors.
