Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, sales or related field with minimum of 4 years of related experience
• FINRA Series 6 license required
• Resident life insurance license required
• CLU, CFP, and/or RICP designations preferred

Aufgaben

• Drive revenue through territory management, recruiting, and relationship building.
• Cover the territory, maintain contact with top producers, recruit new producers, and build revenue above the territory's baseline.
• Educate and motivate advisors to sell more sophisticated products and manage product mix with high-quality carriers.
• Build relationships with Financial Institutions management teams and key referral sources to generate opportunities.
• Log activities in CRM and follow a solutions-based model.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
• Maintain professionalism and protect Integrity's reputation.
