Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electrical engineering technology, electronic technology or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• No previous work experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Willingness to travel and may be required to complete PAT.

Responsibilities

• Assist in acceptance and installation tests on protection, control, and measurement devices.
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and operation of PLCs, station SCADA, and communications equipment.
• Perform switching under direct supervision of qualified personnel.
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and operation of new equipment or systems.
• Maintain test equipment and prepare accurate records and drawings.
• Test protection & control devices and retrieve data from devices.
