You will partner with the Solid Tumors team to drive data generation, publication planning, and external engagement with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.

The role requires an advanced scientific degree, 8+ years in pharma/biotech, and oncology experience.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Medical Affairs strategy and publication planning.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into actionable medical strategy.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as medical director for assigned prostate cancer projects in collaboration with senior leaders.
• Develop strategic Medical Affairs plans aligned with brand imperatives.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to execute plans and budget.
• Support publications, congress activities, and investigator-initiated research.
