Job summary

Tree Top Inc. in Prosser, WA is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the end-to-end material flow at the Prosser Plant, balancing storage, inventory, labor and customer demand to keep operations running smoothly.

You will oversee warehousing, finished goods shipping, raw fruit receiving, scheduling, and procurement; manage supervisors and hourly teams; drive LEAN, food safety and GMP/HACCP/OSHA compliance, and coordinate with plant leadership, supply chain, sales and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain, inventory control, warehouse, or related work.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Strong planning, analysis, and communication skills; solid computer skills (spreadsheets/databases).

Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing, finished goods shipping, raw fruit receiving, inventory control, production scheduling, and procurement of ingredients/supplies.
• Manage supervisors, administrative staff, and hourly teams; coordinate across plant, supply chain/traffic/logistics, procurement, sales, planning, and customer service.
• Drive operational excellence, food safety, and continuous improvement using LEAN.
• Maintain accuracy, throughput, and compliance with GMPs, HACCP, FDA, and OSHA expectations.
