Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Prosser, WA to oversee warehousing, inventory control, production scheduling support, raw material receiving, and distribution in a high‑volume food manufacturing setting.

This leadership role collaborates with plant leadership and supply chain teams to drive Lean initiatives, improve throughput, and ensure safety, quality compliance, budgeting, and labor planning across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and daily application.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, warehousing, shipping, and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing, inventory management, production scheduling support, raw material receiving, and distribution operations.
• Lead supervisors and hourly employees, driving safety, throughput, and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles to increase efficiency and optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, HACCP, and other food-safety standards.
