Job summary

Wilson College is seeking an energetic Admissions Counselor to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment. As a primary ambassador, you will travel within a designated recruitment territory, build relationships with students, families, and high school counselors, and deliver engaging admissions presentations and campus tours.

You will manage applications, explain financial aid, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the Admissions and Enrollment Management teams to reach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel during recruitment seasons.
• Experience in college admissions or student recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment efforts within an assigned territory to meet enrollment goals.
• Build relationships with prospective students, families, and high school counselors.
• Represent Wilson College at fairs, visits, events, and recruitment programs.
• Deliver admissions presentations and campus tours highlighting programs and student life.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process and document submissions.
• Explain financial aid options and connect students with College resources.
• Participate in admissions events, orientation, and virtual recruitment activities.
• Maintain accurate records in the College CRM system.
• Collaborate to develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Travel extensively within territories during peak recruitment seasons.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
