Job summary

Rollins College is seeking an Admission Counselor to assist in all phases of the undergraduate admission process. You will conduct information sessions on campus and travel to meet with prospective students and families, guiding them through the admission funnel.

Responsibilities include participating in candidate reviews, hosting events, and building relationships with school partners. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, plus a willingness to travel and work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of one year of higher education and/or admission experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license, or ability to obtain a Florida driver's license within 30 days of accepting the job, and acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Aid in all aspects of the admission process from initial recruitment to review and assessment of applications.
• Conduct information sessions on Rollins campus and travel to meet with students, parents, and guidance counselors.
• Participate in the admission selection process and host on-campus events for prospective and accepted students.
• Develop recruitment strategies to target specific student populations and conduct interviews with admission candidates.
• Oversee and participate in special programs and projects; build relationships with campus partners, venues, and vendors.
