Allworth Financial is seeking a Future Client Specialist to drive organic growth by engaging prospective clients and educating them about the value Allworth brings to their financial lives. You’ll be the first point of contact, guiding conversations and connecting clients with the right advisor to support their goals.

The role requires consultative selling, high-volume outreach, and collaboration with the external sales team to create a seamless transition.

Competenze

• 2+ years of measured success in a sales environment.
• Proven ability to uncover client needs and recommend solutions.
• Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening.
• Willingness to learn and comply with financial services industry rules.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Must be in good compliance standing with applicable rules.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients across lead channels.
