Allworth Financial is seeking a Future Client Specialist to engage prospective clients and educate them on the value Allworth can bring to their financial lives. This role serves as a first contact, channels leads, and connects clients with the right advisor.

You will work with a collaborative sales team to establish trust, understand client needs, and move qualified opportunities to the external sales team, while delivering a personalized experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of measured success in a sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to uncover client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and relationship-building prowess.
• Willingness to learn about—and work compliantly within—the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients across multiple lead channels with professional, consultative conversations.
• Communicate Allworth’s value proposition clearly to prospective clients, including high-net-worth individuals.
• Identify needs and advance highly qualified opportunities to the external sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospective client data in CRM and adhere to established sales processes.
