The Climate Reality Project in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Prospect Research & Development Manager to advance our fundraising program. You will lead research efforts, build a robust donor pipeline, and provide strategic guidance to leadership.

You will work independently within a small team to identify major gift opportunities and enhance portfolio management, helping to secure resources for our climate justice and clean energy initiatives. This is a full-time on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Execute the department’s prospect research strategy and pipeline development.
• Portfolio management and donor analysis to identify major gift opportunities.
• Provide strategic direction to senior management on prospective donors with major gift capacity.
• Work independently and with a small fundraising team.
