The League of Conservation Voters is seeking a Director of Prospect Research and Portfolio Management to lead our Major Gifts research and lists program, partnering with the Major Gifts Team to identify promising donor prospects and upgrade existing donors. The role oversees the Prospect Research Coordinator and drives diversification of the donor pipeline to support ambitious fundraising goals.

You will manage research processes, improve systems, and guide cultivation and solicitation

Formación

• 5–7 years in a major gifts research program with donor database tracking
• Experience creating and maintaining donor pipelines and tracking procedures
• Experience managing staff, preferably in fundraising data

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and implementation of a top-tier Research and List Management program with the Major Gifts Team
• Ensure timely, accurate prospect research briefings for fundraising results
• Identify and qualify high-level major donor prospects and maintain portfolios and outreach lists
• Develop and refresh donor contact information to aid major gifts officers
• Expand the donor base with research-confirmed high net worth individuals and diverse donors
• Maintain knowledge of top donors and prospects and support cultivation strategies
