Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of proven leadership and organizational experience in development in a complex and growing enterprise.
• Extensive knowledge across all areas of development including donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and direction for all fundraising and stewardship activities.
• Lead a team of fundraising professionals to meet aggressive goals and grow the major gifts pipeline.
• Educate and engage senior leadership, board members, funders, and staff in a strategic fundraising approach and case for support.
