Job summary

The Prospect Management Analyst in Prospect Development at Duke University will perform a variety of duties involving the collection, analysis, and documentation of data on prospective donors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in development research or a related field; experience in research methodology preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document data on prospective donors.
• Partner with fundraisers to move donors through the solicitation cycle.
• Produce reports, pyramids, gift tables, and insights to grow the prospect pool.
• Support strategy meetings with data to influence outcomes and optimize assignments.
• Assist in implementing a comprehensive prospect management program and transparency across the organization.
