Job summary

Howard University’s Prospect Development team seeks a Specialist to manage data entry for donors and prospects, ensuring data accuracy across Raiser's Edge and EverTrue. You will generate standard reports, support research software tools, and assist with routine data operations to enable frontline fundraisers.

Preferred candidates have Raiser's Edge experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or two years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar CRM preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain prospect and donor records in Raiser's Edge.
• Pull standard reports from Raiser's Edge and EverTrue.
• Assist with administration of prospect research software tools (DonorSearch, WealthEngine, iWave).
• Provide general administrative support and prepare prospect briefing materials.
