Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience or an associate's/bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain prospect and donor records in Raiser's Edge and EverTrue.
• Pull and generate standard reports for prospect research, portfolio management, and fundraising.
• Support administration of prospect research tools (DonorSearch, WealthEngine, iWave).
• Perform general administrative tasks and prepare materials for meetings.
