The Howard University is seeking a Prospect Development Specialist to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Prospect Development team. This role focuses on data entry, data integrity, and generating standard reports to aid frontline fundraisers.

You will manage Raiser's Edge and EverTrue data, assist with software tools, and help prepare briefing materials and portfolio reports while collaborating with colleagues across campus.

Qualifikationen

• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar CRM preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to generate reports.

• Enter, update, and maintain prospect and donor records across systems.
• Pull standard reports from Raiser's Edge and EverTrue.
• Assist with administration of prospect research software tools.
• Prepare prospect briefing materials and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Advancement Services and frontline fundraisers.
