Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with large datasets and producing concise summary reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and qualify leads for university fundraising units.
• Articulate Penn State’s needs, ambitions, and values through communications.
• Develop project and related reports distributed across development and alumni units.
• Assist in developing programs to identify and enhance major gifts.
• Complete complex reports and analyses related to prospect management.
• Oversee special projects, including tracking major gift activity.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain the prospect tracking system.
• Synthesize large data volumes into concise summary reports.
• Provide a platform to foster communication, coordination and teamwork.
• Serve as liaison with colleges, campuses and central development staff.
