Job summary

Penn State University is seeking a Prospect Management and Analytics Specialist to support the Office of Prospect Management and Analytics, within the Division of Development and Alumni Relations. You will identify and analyze leads, develop reports, and coordinate with colleges, campuses, and central development staff.

The role emphasizes data-driven prospect management, collaboration, and contributing to Penn State’s fundraising goals.

Responsibilities

Identify, analyze and qualify leads for university fundraising units.
Articulate Penn State’s needs and values through clear communications.
Develop project reports and distribute them across development and alumni relations.
Assist in programs to identify and enhance major gifts to the University.
Complete complex reports and analyses related to prospect management.
Oversee special projects and track major gift activity and donor strategies.
Ensure data integrity and maintain prospect tracking systems and donor data.
Synthesize data into concise reports for actionable steps.
