Job summary

SewerAI is seeking a seasoned ProServe leader to manage and grow a team of Forward Deployed Engineers and delivery specialists. You will own end-to-end customer implementations, build scalable playbooks, and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure repeatable success across projects.

You will drive delivery quality, define standards for intake, scoping, and handoffs, and help shape offerings that scale with our wastewater tech platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Forward Deployed Engineers or equivalent teams in professional services.
• Experience delivering complex software implementations, data migrations, and integrations.
• Strong project management, risk control, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Ability to guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders across functions.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup with evolving ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Forward Deployed Engineers and ProServe team members.
• Oversee customer implementations from kickoff to go-live and stabilization.
• Build scalable delivery playbooks, templates, and workflows.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and CS on handoffs and delivery.
• Drive delivery predictability and cross-functional collaboration.
