Job summary

JGMS Government Services LLC is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to operate and certify A4W propulsion plant systems within the FITE simulations. The role includes cross-training to the A1B platform and ensuring hardware and software changes are validated before field deployment.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology, at least six years of relevant experience, and a DOE L security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• DOE L security clearance requirement.
• Semiannual travel to other client sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the A4W FITE platform and cross-train to support the A1B FITE platform.
• Certify hardware and software based field changes prior to deployment to the FITE sites.
• Test programs focus on plant operations conforming FITE operational values with expected plant response.
• Support other groups as they develop field changes using FITE preproduction units.
