Job summary

OLH Inc. is hiring a TEST SPECIALIST for the Naval Nuclear Lab project in West Mifflin, PA.

The role focuses on supporting A4W Fleet Interactive Training Equipment platforms, certifying hardware/software changes, and collaborating across teams to ensure readiness and reliability of the FITE systems. The candidate will travel semiannually, cross-train on A1B, learn the simulation software, and demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills while maintaining clear communication with management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Previous A4W qualification as EOOW, PPWO, or EWS.

Responsibilities

• Semiannual travel to other NNPP sites.
• Ability to cross-train on the A1B platform.
• Ability to learn the simulation software platform.
• Lead effectively and work with teams to solve complex problems.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal direction.
• Excellent oral and written communication with management and interfacing organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
