Job summary

OLH Inc is seeking a Test Engineer to support the Naval Nuclear Laboratory's A4W propulsion platform and the FITE simulation suite in West Mifflin, PA. The role involves certifying hardware and software field changes and ensuring readiness of training equipment for fleet deployment.

Ideal candidates will cross-train on A4W/A1B platforms, travel semiannually, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and strong problem-solving abilities while collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Previous A4W qualification as EOOW/PPWO/EWS is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Semiannual travel to other NNPP sites.
• Cross train on the A1B platform.
• Learn the simulation software platform used for FITE.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Communicate effectively with management and interfacing organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
