Job summary

Relativity, located in Long Beach, California, is seeking a Propulsion Technician to join our engine manufacturing team. This role involves the assembly and testing of Aeon-R engine components and offers a unique chance to develop skills in engine process refinement.

Working a standard schedule of 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM, you will support high-pressure fluid system development and integration tasks. We offer competitive compensation based on experience and other factors, ensuring a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Experience working on engines, focusing on components.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test engine components and sub-assemblies.
• Support precision cleaning, proof testing, and engine assembly.
• Work a 50-hour week with possible overtime hours.

Skills

Experience working on engines

Familiarity with Gas Generator cycle engine

Experience with high-pressure fluid system testing

Familiarity with electrical and mechanical integration

Strong communication skills
