Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role.
• 2+ years experience using ERP, MES, and/or WMS software.
• Experience working in dynamic, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs unassisted.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to production and launch sites.

Responsibilities

• Track and deliver parts from inventory to propulsion technicians at multiple workcenters.
• Fill and maintain floor stock for common parts, tooling, and consumables.
• Provide feedback on work instructions and Bills of Materials (BoMs) to ensure accuracy for flight-critical parts.
• Establish new part flows for workcenters and apply consistent standards locally and company-wide.
• Collaborate with engineering, technicians, inventory, and planning to resolve part shortages, improve efficiency, and minimize delays.
