Qualifications

2+ years experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role.
2+ years experience using ERP, MES, and/or WMS software.
Able to lift 35 lbs unassisted.
Willingness to travel up to 10% to production and launch sites.
Flexible schedule with overtime and non-standard shifts.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate tracking and delivery of parts, kits, and assemblies from inventory to propulsion technicians at multiple workcenters.
Fill and maintain floor stock for common parts, tooling, and consumables across multiple workcenters.
Provide feedback on work instructions and Bills of Materials (BoMs) to ensure accuracy for flight‑critical parts.
Establish new part flows for workcenters and apply consistent standards both locally and company‑wide.
Work closely with engineering, technicians, inventory, and planning to resolve part shortages, improve efficiency, and minimize delays.
