Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach, CA is hiring a Production Coordinator/Expeditor to help keep the Terran R supply chain on track. You’ll monitor part availability, coordinate with production and vendors, and execute ERP/MES transactions to move parts through the floor.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as Production Coordinator or Expeditor (or similar role).
2+ years of experience with ERP, MES and/or WMS software.
Able to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.
Proficient communication across multiple platforms (email, Slack, etc.).
Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
Flexible schedule and ability to work non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between different organizations to ensure components flow smoothly through production and meet timeline requirements.
Own the monitoring and communication of location and status of all hardware, kits, and builds on the manufacturing floor.
Perform ERP/MES transactions to transact parts.
Demonstrate ability to self-prioritize and execute autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Actively seek information to understand work orders, kit requests and internal customer needs.
Work with Production/Material Planning to identify part shortages.
