Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Integration & Test Specialist (Starlink Propulsion) on 1st shift to lead test operations and continuous improvement in a high‑rate propulsion environment. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, root-cause analysis, and close collaboration with production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalency certificate.
  • 2+ years of experience in a hands-on technical position or a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with measurement devices and electronic testing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate propulsion production test systems and ensure production rate.
  • First level troubleshooting of test system errors using logs and telemetry.
  • Support production, engineering, and qualification tests including bring up and configuration.
  • Uncover root-cause of equipment failures and implement permanent resolutions.
  • Execute and manage new configuration introductions into production.
  • Design and implement fixtures, tooling, and shop aids to improve processes.
  • Identify changes to design, process, safety, and floor layout to improve yield.
