SpaceX in Redmond, WA is hiring an Integration & Test Specialist (Starlink Propulsion) for the 1st shift to lead propulsion test operations and continuous improvement. You will troubleshoot test systems, support cross-functional teams, and implement process changes and fixtures to enhance yield and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years in a hands-on technical position or a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Operate propulsion production test systems and areas at rate.
• First level troubleshooting from logs and telemetry.
• Support production, engineering, and qualification tests including equipment bring up and configuration.
• Aid root-cause analysis and permanent resolutions (software/hardware changes).
• Execute and manage new configuration introductions into production.
• Design and implement fixtures, tooling, and shop aids to improve processes.
• Identify changes to design, process, safety, and floor layout to improve yield, performance, and cost.
