Varda Space Industries is offering a Spring internship in propulsion hardware and fluid systems. The role is full-time and on-site in the Los Angeles area, with the candidate actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program.

You will work with the propulsion team on fluid systems for orbital maneuvers, gaining exposure to the full design and testing lifecycle of space vehicles. Ideal candidates have taken courses in propulsion-related topics and demonstrated hands-on

Qualifications

• Engineering coursework relevant to propulsion is required.
• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a listed engineering field.
• Familiarity with engineering design software and principles.

Responsibilities

• Own or contribute to hardware or software design to support development of spacecraft or payload.
• Create or support test campaigns and build test stands.
• Perform necessary analysis to support development and testing.
