Job summary

RTX, in partnership with Pratt & Whitney Military Engines, seeks an Associate Director to lead DoN customer integration. The role interfaces with DoN/DoW customers to align business goals, gather requirements, and provide PWME solutions in support of aviation propulsion programs in the National Capital Region.

The position requires extensive Navy/Marine aviation experience, strong communication, and capability to navigate DoW/PPBE processes while coordinating with RTX GGR and program leads to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive US Navy and/or Marine Corps aviation experience.
• Experience with the DoW Requirements, Acquisition, and PPBE processes.

Responsibilities

• Represents PWME goals with customers in the National Capital Region and DoN bases.
• Maintain relationships with USN/USMC aviation stakeholders for future propulsion solutions.
• Coordinate with RTX Global Government Relations and colleagues on USG programs.
• Engage with DoN, DoW and other US Government agencies to support PWME priorities.
• Support communications with Congress and industry partners to align priorities.
• Enable PWME leadership and program managers to connect with USG and industry leaders.
