Sunrise Management & Consulting and Property Gauge seek a Marketing & Digital Content Specialist to support marketing across both brands. The role blends social media management, online listings, online reputation management, and event coordination to strengthen brand visibility.

You will manage multiple brands, create engaging content using Canva or similar tools, update listings, respond to reviews, and assist with campaigns, analytics, and industry events.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of marketing experience in marketing, social media management, communications, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands simultaneously.
• Strong written communication skills and experience responding to online reviews and inquiries.
• Experience developing and executing social media or digital marketing strategies with performance tracking.

Responsabilités

• Social Media Management: manage, update, and engage across platforms for multiple brands.
• Online Listings & Digital Presence: maintain listings on major rental platforms and update websites.
• Online Reputation Management: monitor reviews and respond professionally.
• Content Creation & Marketing Support: develop marketing materials and graphics.
• Events & Industry Engagement: assist in planning resident events and industry trade shows.
• Reporting & Analytics: track engagement, reach, lead volume, and listing effectiveness; prepare monthly reports.
• General Marketing Coordination: support calendars, campaigns, and cross-brand initiatives.
