Bloom Energy is seeking a Customer Proposals Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team in Newark, DE or Houston, TX. You will drive proposal development, coordinate with front-end sales, and work with global drafting teams to deliver competitive bids.

You will validate drawings, manage risk, and lead handover to execution, ensuring alignment with contracting timelines. A civil/mechanical/electrical engineering background and 5–8 years in project management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical fields.
• 5–8 years PM experience in civil/mechanical/electrical or renewables.
• Experience with proposal development and risk management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and coordinate with sales and drafting teams.
• Review drawings for site configurations and scope alignment.
• Maintain risk register and due diligence documentation.
• Handover final packages to execution teams and ensure smooth transition.
