Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of AEC industry-related experience preferred.
• Experience with word processing software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and review proposals and presentations.
• Conduct market research about prospects/clients/projects.
• Maintain visually-appealing marketing materials.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Proficient in CRM Systems

Knowledge of the RFP structure and proposal process

Understands marketing principles

Preferred experience with Adobe InDesign and Wordsflow plugin

Education
